Chicken Chilli Fry by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies grinded 8
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Put chicken with 2 cup water in pan, cover it and cook until tender and water dries.
  2. Now grind ginger garlic paste and green chilies in grinder and put lemon juice on chicken.
  3. Then coat with grinded paste and put salt and black pepper.
  4. Then dip in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
  5. Then again dip in eggs, coat with bread crumbs and fry in hot oil until golden and crisp.
  6. In end, serve with fries and ketchup.
