Chicken Chilli Fry by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies grinded 8
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Put chicken with 2 cup water in pan, cover it and cook until tender and water dries.
- Now grind ginger garlic paste and green chilies in grinder and put lemon juice on chicken.
- Then coat with grinded paste and put salt and black pepper.
- Then dip in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
- Then again dip in eggs, coat with bread crumbs and fry in hot oil until golden and crisp.
- In end, serve with fries and ketchup.
