Tandoori Chicken Sandwiches by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Bread slices 8
- Roasted chicken 2 cups
- Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Black pepper 3/4 tsp
- Mustard powder 3/4 tsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Omelets 2 eggs
- Salad leaves as required
- Tomato 1
- Cucumber 1
- Salt to taste
For Roast Chicken:
- Chicken breast 2
- Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Chopped roasted chicken.
- Now mix salt, black pepper, mustard powder, mayonnaise and ketchup nicely.
- Now toast bread slice lightly and spread mayonnaise.
- Then put chicken mixture and cover with second slice.
- Then cover with salad leaves, cucumber, tomato and omelet.
- Then cover with last slice and cut into 4 pieces.
- For roast chicken: Marinate chicken with tandoori masala, yogurt, lemon juice, yogurt and ginger garlic paste.
- Then heat 2 tbsp oil, put 1/2 cup water and cook chicken.
- When it cools, shred it.
