Ingredients:
- Beef 1 kg
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Carrots 1/2 kg
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Raisins 4 tbsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Almonds 100 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 2 tsp
- Onion 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put ginger garlic paste in meat and boil it.
- Then fry onion in ghee until brown.
- Now add meat and salt.
- When it boils, put soaked rice and black pepper, cook it and simmer it.
- Then cut carrot into long, put raisins, almonds, oil and sugar and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then put simmered rice and close stove.
- In end, mix and take out in dish.
