Ingredients:

  • Beef 1 kg
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Carrots 1/2 kg
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Raisins 4 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Almonds 100 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put ginger garlic paste in meat and boil it.
  2. Then fry onion in ghee until brown.
  3. Now add meat and salt.
  4. When it boils, put soaked rice and black pepper, cook it and simmer it.
  5. Then cut carrot into long, put raisins, almonds, oil and sugar and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Then put simmered rice and close stove.
  7. In end, mix and take out in dish.
