Ingredients:
- Beef (small pieces) 1 kg
- Papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Mint leaves for serving
- Onion for serving
- Lemon for serving
Method:
- Marinate beef with papaya paste, chaat masala, red chili powder and salt.
- Now heat oil, fry it, take it out and serve with mint leaves, onion and lemon.
