Mouhalabieh by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Sugar 200 gm
- Corn flour 100 gm
- Rose water 1 tbsp
- Pistachios (chopped) 1 tbsp
Method:
- In a saucepan, boil milk and sugar.
- Mix corn flour with 20 gm cold milk and add to the boiling milk.
- Add rose water.
- Pour in serving bowls and sprinkle pistachio.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
