Ingredients:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Chopped green onions 1 cup
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Chopped capsicum 2
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Chopped garlic cloves 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash rice nicely, soak for 20 minutes and put water again.
  2. Also put salt and 1 tbsp vinegar, boil it 2/4, drain water and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  3. Now heat oil in wok and fry garlic cloves till golden brown.
  4. Then put carrots, capsicum and green chilies.
  5. Then put 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar and sugar and roast it lightly.
  6. Then add rice.
  7. Put again soya sauce and vinegar, stir fry for 5 minutes and put sesame seed oil.
  8. At the time of serving, put green onions and serve hot.
