Japanese Style Burger by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

For Pizza Dough:

  • Flour 300 gm
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Topping:

  • Beef 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Chopped mushrooms 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 400 gm
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter as required
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For dough: Heat water to lukewarm, add yeast and sugar, mix it nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Add salt, egg, baking powder and yeast in flour, knead it nicely and leave in warm place for 3-4 hours.
  3. When dough rise, take it out, fold it with hands, roll small rotiyan, toast on pan and keep it aside.
  4. For topping: Heat oil in pan and fry garlic paste.
  5. Now add beef slices and fry it.
  6. Add black pepper, salt and oyster sauce and fry it.
  7. Now remove it and cool it.
  8. Add capsicum, mushroom and cheese and mix it.
  9. Now put beef mixture on roti.
  10. Now keep second roti, toast on tawa or bake in oven.
