Ingredients:
- Fish boneless 500 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Dark soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Ice cream sticks as required
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put fish, garlic paste, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, lemon juice and salt in chopper and make paste.
- Skew paste on ice cream sticks and give shape of ice cream.
- Heat oil in pan, fry sticks, take it out and keep on tissue paper so that oil dries.
- In end, take it out in platter and serve with salad leaves and lemon.
