Ingredients:
- Dried apricots 250 gm
- Sugar 1/2 cup
For Custard:
- Milk 1 kg
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Custard powder 3 tbsp
- Cream 1 packets
- Almonds as required
Method:
- Soak dried apricots for 4 hours and then take out seeds.
- Now cook it with sugar and 1 cup water until it tender.
- Then take it out and spread on serving dish.
- For custard: Mix milk and sugar and boil it.
- To thick custard: Dissolve custard powder in cold milk and then put in pan.
- When custard is thick, cool it and put on apricot mixture.
- While serving, garnish with fresh cream and almonds and serve.
