Khoobani Ka Meetha by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Dried apricots 250 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 cup

For Custard:

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Custard powder 3 tbsp
  • Cream 1 packets
  • Almonds as required

Method:

  1. Soak dried apricots for 4 hours and then take out seeds.
  2. Now cook it with sugar and 1 cup water until it tender.
  3. Then take it out and spread on serving dish.
  4. For custard: Mix milk and sugar and boil it.
  5. To thick custard: Dissolve custard powder in cold milk and then put in pan.
  6. When custard is thick, cool it and put on apricot mixture.
  7. While serving, garnish with fresh cream and almonds and serve.
