Ingredients:
- Chicken (Pieces) 1 kg
- Boiled eggs 4
- Boiled chickpeas 375 gm
- Fried onions 2
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Green chilies 6
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Small cardamoms 4
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Green coriander as required
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Finely chopped ginger 50 gm
Method:
- Put onions and tomatoes in blender and blend it.
- Now heat oil, put chicken and ginger garlic and roast it nicely.
- Then add grinded onion and tomatoes.
- Also put black pepper, small cardamom, turmeric, salt, red chili powder and cumin and roast it nicely.
- Then put 2 cup water and cook for 30 minutes.
- Then put chickpeas and cook more for 10-15 minutes.
- Now put all spice powder, boiled eggs, green coriander, green chilies and chopped ginger and close stove.
- Murgh cholay is ready.
