Ingredients:

  • Fine flour 1/2 kg
  • Dried milk 1 cup
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Lukewarm water for knead

For Topping:

  • Green onions 2
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Green chilies 6
  • Finely chopped garlic 10-12 cloves
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix flour, milk, butter, sugar, yeast and salt and knead with lukewarm water.
  2. Now make dough and leave for rise for 20 minutes.
  3. For topping: Mix all ingredients in bowl and make topping.
  4. Now roll roti of this dough, put topping and leave more for 20 minutes.
  5. In end, bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  6. Til walay naan is ready.
