Ingredients:
- Fine flour 1/2 kg
- Dried milk 1 cup
- Butter 50 gm
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Lukewarm water for knead
For Topping:
- Green onions 2
- Curry leaves 6
- Green chilies 6
- Finely chopped garlic 10-12 cloves
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mix flour, milk, butter, sugar, yeast and salt and knead with lukewarm water.
- Now make dough and leave for rise for 20 minutes.
- For topping: Mix all ingredients in bowl and make topping.
- Now roll roti of this dough, put topping and leave more for 20 minutes.
- In end, bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
- Til walay naan is ready.
