Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Lemon 2
- Onion chopped 2
- Green chili chopped 10
- Oil 1 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 tbsp
- Salt as required
Method:
- Heat oil in pot and fry onion until golden brown.
- Now put mutton, salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric and cook it.
- When water of meat dries, add 1/2 cup hot water and cook it.
- Meat tender, put yogurt and roast it little.
- Oil separates, add black pepper, green chili and lemon juice and simmer it for 10 minutes on low flame.
- In end, serve it with hot hot naan.
