Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Lemon 2
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Green chili chopped 10
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot and fry onion until golden brown.
  2. Now put mutton, salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric and cook it.
  3. When water of meat dries, add 1/2 cup hot water and cook it.
  4. Meat tender, put yogurt and roast it little.
  5. Oil separates, add black pepper, green chili and lemon juice and simmer it for 10 minutes on low flame.
  6. In end, serve it with hot hot naan.
