Tomato & Garlic Chutney by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Yogurt (whisked) 2 cups
- Finely chopped tomatoes 4-6
- Lemon 4
- Green chilies 6
- Garlic cloves 6
- Curry leaves 8
- Mustard seeds few
- Mustard oil 1 cup
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
Method:
- Heat mustard oil in pan, put mustard seeds and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add tomatoes, green chilies, garlic, curry leaves, onion seeds, white cumin, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.
- When mixture dries and oil comes up, put lemon juice.
