Ingredients:
- Beef with bone 500 gm
- Kidney beans 250 gm
- Onion paste 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste 3 tbsp
- Almond paste 1/2 cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon 2 sticks
- Cloves 4-5
- Green cardamoms 4-5
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Almonds chopped for garnish
Method:
- Put cinnamon, cloves and green cardamoms in oil and crackle it.
- Now add beef and roast it nicely.
- When beef is roasted, put onion paste, ginger garlic paste, almond paste, black pepper, white pepper, turmeric powder and salt and roast it nicely.
- Now add 1 to 1-1/2 jug water and cook on low flame.
- When meat tender, strain it and separate garam masalay.
- Then put meat and stock again in pan, add kidney beans and cook until meat and beans are mixed.
- Shorba becomes thick, dish out it, garnish with almonds and serve hot.
