Tamatar Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 4
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • White cumin whole 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped cumin 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put ginger garlic paste, cumin and mutton and fry it.
  2. Now add salt, chili powder, turmeric, chopped cumin and tomatoes and fry it.
  3. Then put 1 cup water and cook until meat tender and oil comes up.
  4. In end, put coriander leaves, green chilies and all spice and serve it.
