Tamatar Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 4
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- White cumin whole 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Chopped cumin 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, put ginger garlic paste, cumin and mutton and fry it.
- Now add salt, chili powder, turmeric, chopped cumin and tomatoes and fry it.
- Then put 1 cup water and cook until meat tender and oil comes up.
- In end, put coriander leaves, green chilies and all spice and serve it.
