Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1 kg
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Green gram 1 cup
- Broken wheat 1 cup
- Peas 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped carrots 1
- Potatoes 2
- Oil 1 cup
- Onions 250 gm
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Mace 1 tsp
- Nutmeg 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put salt, 2-1/2 tsp red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and turmeric in chicken and cook on low flame with 2 glass water.
- Now boil green gram and wheat, add chicken and mash it.
- Now put tomatoes, peas, carrot and potatoes and cook for 30 minutes.
- Then put grinded nutmeg and mace.
- Then add all spice powder.
- In end, fry onion in oil until brown, give tarka on haleem and serve hot.
