Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Green gram 1 cup
  • Broken wheat 1 cup
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped carrots 1
  • Potatoes 2
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onions 250 gm
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Mace 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put salt, 2-1/2 tsp red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and turmeric in chicken and cook on low flame with 2 glass water.
  2. Now boil green gram and wheat, add chicken and mash it.
  3. Now put tomatoes, peas, carrot and potatoes and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Then put grinded nutmeg and mace.
  5. Then add all spice powder.
  6. In end, fry onion in oil until brown, give tarka on haleem and serve hot.
