Sabzi Pulao by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Peas 1 cup
- Potatoes 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Carrots 2
- Green chilies 6
- Butter 50 gm
- Raisins 100 gm
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat butter, put black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, cumin, green chilies and 2 glass water and cook on low flame.
- When 1 cup stock remains, close stove.
- Then heat oil in other pot, fry potatoes, carrots and peas and add 1/2 cup water.
- When vegetables tender, put rice and 1/2 tsp salt and mix it.
- Then add raisins and stock and simmer it for 20 minutes.
- Sabzi pulao is ready.
