Vegeterian Roast by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 250 gm
  • Mix vegetables 500 gm
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 200 gm
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Method:

  1. Add rice, vegetables, lemon juice, worcester sauce paste, vinegar, black pepper, mustard paste, salt and oil in mixing bowl and put in oven proof dish.
  2. Then garnish with cheese, sprinkle fresh coriander and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 10-15 minutes.
  3. In end, take it out and serve hot.
