Pad Thai Noodles by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Rice noodles 200 gm
- Chicken breast 1 thinly sliced
- Carrots 2
- Beans sprouts 1 cup
- Capsicum 1
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Green onion 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Roasted peanut coarsely 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
For Sugar Syrup:
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Water 4 tbsp
- Thai red curry paste 2 tbsp
For Sauce:
- Tamarind paste 1 tbsp
- Fish sauce 2 tbsp
- Water 1/4 cup
Method:
- For sauce: Mix all ingredients and keep it aside.
- Soak rice noodles in hot water for 20 minutes.
- Then take out water and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in wok (karahi pan), put garlic with chicken and cook for 1 minute.
- Now put carrot, beans, capsicum, onion, green onion, red curry paste, salt, black pepper, soya sauce, tamarind paste and syrup.
- Then add noodles and mix on high flame nicely.
- In end, take out in platter, garnish with peanut and serve.
