Chicken Strips With Green Chilies by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken strips 1/2 kg
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Capsicum 2
  • Green chilies 10
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt and sesame oil overnight.
  2. Now heat oil and fry chopped garlic.
  3. When fragrance comes, put chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Then add stock and cook on low flame.
  5. When it boils, put black pepper.
  6. Then dissolve corn flour in little water and add it.
  7. In end, tomato ketchup, vinegar, soya sauce, green chilies and capsicum and close stove.
  8. Chicken strips with green chilies is ready.
