Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1 kg
  • Fresh mushroom 8
  • Green onions 8
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Keep mushroom with hot water in bowl for a while and cut into slices.
  2. Now mix corn flour and salt in chicken, keep it for a while, put oil in second pan and fry chicken until golden brown.
  3. Then put 2-3 tbsp oil in one pan and put green chilies, geen onions, garlic, mushrooms and ginger.
  4. Then add black pepper, salt and chicken cube flour and stir fry it.
  5. Now heat oven.
  6. Then mix chicken, vegetables, chicken stock, corn flour,vinegar, soya sauce and flour and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Then put in oven proof and keep for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hotpot chicken with hot hot bun.
