Ingredients:

  • White chocolate 150 gm
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Coffee 1 tsp
  • Light corn syrup 1 tsp
  • Melted white chocolate or milk chocolate for coating

Method:

  1. Prepare chocolate ganache first.
  2. Now put 150 gm white chocolate in bowl.
  3. Then heat cream with coffee and put on chocolate.
  4. Now add light corn syrup and leave until it is soft.
  5. Then stir it and mix it.
  6. Now put melted white chocolate or milk chocolate in chocolate mold.
  7. Then shake it lightly, so that chocolate set inside and bubbles finish.
  8. Now cool it and turn it so that extra chocolate comes out.
  9. Then cool it again until chocolate becomes hard.
  10. Now put filling in it and cover with white chocolate.
  11. Then cool it until it sets.
  12. Now take out from mold and keep in fridge.
