Ingredients:
- White chocolate 150 gm
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Coffee 1 tsp
- Light corn syrup 1 tsp
- Melted white chocolate or milk chocolate for coating
Method:
- Prepare chocolate ganache first.
- Now put 150 gm white chocolate in bowl.
- Then heat cream with coffee and put on chocolate.
- Now add light corn syrup and leave until it is soft.
- Then stir it and mix it.
- Now put melted white chocolate or milk chocolate in chocolate mold.
- Then shake it lightly, so that chocolate set inside and bubbles finish.
- Now cool it and turn it so that extra chocolate comes out.
- Then cool it again until chocolate becomes hard.
- Now put filling in it and cover with white chocolate.
- Then cool it until it sets.
- Now take out from mold and keep in fridge.
