Ingredients:

  • White chocolate 150 gm
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Oreo cookies 4-6
  • Light corn syrup 1 tsp
  • Melted white chocolate for coating

Method:

  1. Prepare chocolate ganache first.
  2. Now heat cream and put white chocolate.
  3. Then add light corn syrup and leave it for a while until chocolate is soft.
  4. Then stir it, mix it and put oreo cookies.
  5. Now put melted white chocolate in chocolate mold.
  6. Then shake it lightly and bubbles is finished.
  7. Now cool it until chocolate is hard.
  8. Now put filling in it, cover with melted white chocolate and cool until it sets.
  9. Then take out from mold and keep in fridge.
