Peanut Butter & Jelly Cups by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Icing sugar 1/4 cup
- Strawberry jam or jelly 1/4 cup
- Toasted peanuts for decoration
- Melted chocolate for cups
- Baking cups or chocolate cups as required
Method:
- Heat peanut butter and butter in double boiler or microwave until soft and smooth.
- Then add icing sugar, mix it nicely and keep it aside.
- Now grease base and sides of cups with melted chocolate with brush or tea spoon and cool it until it sets.
- Then fill peanut butter mix.
- Then put jam less that half tea spoon.
- Then cover with melted chocolate, sprinkle peanuts and cool it until it sets.
- Then keep in fridge.
