Ingredients:
- Pistachios (shelled) 350 gm
- Khoya 350 gm
- Sugar 350 gm
- Rosewater 1/2 cup
- Butter 4 oz
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Boil pistachios, dry them and then grind.
- Mix with khoya. In pan boil 1 cup water and add sugar till sugar is melted.
- train through a muslin cloth, again put syrup on fire.
- When it boils, add rosewater.
- When sugar syrup thickens and gets sticky, add khoya and pistachio mixture.
- Keep stirring and add butter, stir till it thickens, lastly add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.
- Cool and cut in squares and serve.
