Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • All purpose flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Red food color 1 pinch
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into slices and put in mixing bowl.
  2. Now add garlic paste, white pepper, black pepper, soya sauce, chili sauce, red food color, salt and corn flour and mix it.
  3. Then put flour and mix it.
  4. Now beat eggs.
  5. Then heat oil in pan.
  6. Then dip chicken slices in eggs and fry in oil carefully.
  7. In end, take it out and serve with vegetables and sauce.
