Cheese Cake by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Milk 1 kg
- Creamy cheese 250 gm
- Eggs 2
- Cream 1 cup
- China grass 30 gm
- Icing sugar 2 cups
- Butter 4-5 tbsp
- Season fruits as required
Method:
- Put milk and sugar in pan and cook until sugar dissolves.
- When milk is thick, put cream, cream cheese and egg whites in mixing bowl, beat it with batter, put in milk mixture and cook on low flame.
- Also take care that milk does not boil.
- Put China grass and water in pan and cook until it dissolves.
- Then add in milk mixture and mix it nicely with batter.
- Then grease cake mold with butter, put mixture in it and cool in on room temperature.
- Then cool this mixture in fridge.
- Take out from fridge, garnish with cream and fruits and serve.
