Cheese Cake by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Creamy cheese 250 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Cream 1 cup
  • China grass 30 gm
  • Icing sugar 2 cups
  • Butter 4-5 tbsp
  • Season fruits as required

Method:

  1. Put milk and sugar in pan and cook until sugar dissolves.
  2. When milk is thick, put cream, cream cheese and egg whites in mixing bowl, beat it with batter, put in milk mixture and cook on low flame.
  3. Also take care that milk does not boil.
  4. Put China grass and water in pan and cook until it dissolves.
  5. Then add in milk mixture and mix it nicely with batter.
  6. Then grease cake mold with butter, put mixture in it and cool in on room temperature.
  7. Then cool this mixture in fridge.
  8. Take out from fridge, garnish with cream and fruits and serve.
