Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Macaroni boiled 4 cups
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 3 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 4 chopped

For Yogurt Mixture:

  • Yogurt 3 cups
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Mint finely chopped 3 tbsp

For Bhagar:

  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 pinch
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 20
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Heat 1/4 cup oil, put crushed garlic and chopped onion and fry until soft.
  2. Now put chicken mince, chicken powder, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric, black pepper and tomato paste, cover it and cook until it dries.
  3. Then add chopped green chilies.
  4. Now spread boiled macaroni in one dish and spread cooked mince on top of it.
  5. Then put yogurt mixture on it.
  6. In end, give bhagar, garnish with green coriander and serve.
