Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Macaroni boiled 4 cups
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste 3 tbsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 4 chopped
For Yogurt Mixture:
- Yogurt 3 cups
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Mint finely chopped 3 tbsp
For Bhagar:
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 pinch
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 20
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Chopped onion 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- Heat 1/4 cup oil, put crushed garlic and chopped onion and fry until soft.
- Now put chicken mince, chicken powder, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric, black pepper and tomato paste, cover it and cook until it dries.
- Then add chopped green chilies.
- Now spread boiled macaroni in one dish and spread cooked mince on top of it.
- Then put yogurt mixture on it.
- In end, give bhagar, garnish with green coriander and serve.
