Baked Khoya Bread by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Bread slices 6
- Milk 1 liter
- Khoya 1/2 kg
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Eggs 4
- Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
- Almonds, Pistachios as required
- Sugar 250 gm
- Ready made jelly 1 packet
- Silver paper as required
Method:
- Put milk, khoya, cardamom powder, eggs, yellow color and sugar in blender and blend it nicely.
- Now spread bread slices, put blended mixture on it and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C.
- Now take it out from oven and cool it.
- In end, garnish with almonds, pistachios, jelly and silver paper and serve.
