Corn & Chicken Keema by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Corn 1 cup
- Chicken mince 2 cups
- Onions (chopped) 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Green chillies (chopped) 2
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
- Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and saute.
- Add onions and saute till lightly colored.
- Add green chillies and saute.
- Add chicken mince and 1/2 cup yogurt and mix.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and corn and mix well.
- Add 1/2 cup yogurt and ginger-garlic paste and mix.
- Add garam masala powder and powdered dried fenugreek leaves and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low heat till mince is done.
