Arvi Gosht by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Arvi 1/2 kg
- Chopped onions 2
- Lemons 2
- Green chilies 2
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Oil 1 cup
- Chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
- All spice 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash arvi, peel it, grease hands with oil and spread turmeric on it.
- Now put mutton, onion, turmeric, red chili, ginger garlic paste, oil and 2 cup warm water in pot and cook on low flame.
- When water of meat dries and tendered, put arvi and green chilies and roast it lightly.
- Then put 2 to 2-1/2 cups warm water.
- When arvi tender, put lemon juice, all spice, chopped green chilies and chopped coriander and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- In end, serve arvi gosht with hot hot naan.
