Fried Fish In Tartar Sauce by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Fish fillet 6
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Flour 1/2 cup
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Oil to fry
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
For Tartar Sauce:
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Mustard paste 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Lemon 2
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put vinegar in fish and keep for 5 minutes.
- Then wash it.
- Now put turmeric and salt, grease tawa lightly and spread it so that water dries.
- Then mix flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper and baking powder in bowl.
- Also beat eggs.
- Now coat one one fish in dry masalay nicely.
- Then dip in eggs.
- Heat oil in frying pan, deep fry fish fillet, fry until golden and serve hot.
- For tartar sauce: Mix all ingredients in bowl, beat it nicely and serve with fish fillet.
