Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Cream 1 cup
- Green chili paste 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Whole round chilies 10
- Turmeric powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped onions 1 cup
- All spice powder 2 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Curry leaves 6
Method:
- Heat oil in handi, put round chilies and curry leaves and fry it.
- When fragrance comes, put onion and fry until light gold brown.
- Now add chicken and roast it little.
- Then put yogurt, cream, green chili paste, lemon juice, turmeric, cumin powder, salt and ginger garlic paste in pot, mix it, put in handi and leave for 30 minutes.
- When tender, put green coriander, chopped ginger and all spice powder.
- In end, close stove.
- Handi murgh is ready.
