Ingredients:
- Semolina 1/2 kg
- Condensed milk 1 tin
- Sugar 250 gm
- Green color 1/2 tsp
- Red color 1/2 tsp
- Chopped almonds and pistachios for garnish
- Ghee 250 gm
- Milk 1 cup
- Kewra 1 tbsp
- Cardamom 1/2 tsp
- Silver paper for garnish
Method:
- Heat ghee and roast semolina.
- Now put milk, sugar, cardamom and kewra and cook it.
- Now divide into parts and put green color in one part and red color in second part.
- Then spread on tray.
- Now sprinkle almonds and pistachios.
- When cool, cut into pieces and serve.
