Diet Vegetable Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 2 cups
- Egg whites 4
- Spring onion 3
- Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
- Chopped capsicum 1
- Green beans 1 cup
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce 3 tbsp
- Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put egg whites, salt and black pepper in bowl and mix it nicely.
- Now put oil in preheated pan, put omelet mixture in it and make omelet.
- Then take out in one plate carefully and cut omelet into strips.
- Now add oil in pan, add green onion, garlic, capsicum and green beans and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add cooked rice and Chinese salt and mix all ingredients nicely.
- Now add soya sauce, sesame seed oil omelet strips and lemon juice, mix it nicely and serve hot.
