Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 packet
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Hot milk 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, all spice, cream, salt, red pepper, white pepper, coconut, egg, saffron soaked in milk and oil for 2 hours.
  2. Now skew chicken in skewers, grill it on medium flame, give smoke of coal and serve with chutney.
