Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1/2 cup
- Yellow food color 1/4 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Water 4 glass
Method:
- Wash potatoes and cut into round with skin.
- Then cook on low flame.
- When tender, put salt, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, onion seeds, yellow color and chili powder and mash with wooden spoon.
- Now put vinegar and yellow color.
- Then dissolve corn flour in water, add it and close stove.
- Aloo ki tarkari is ready.
