Ingredients:

  • Water 1 cup
  • Butter 80 gm
  • Icing sugar 2 tbsp
  • Sifted flour 1 cup
  • Eggs 3-4

Method:

  1. Place 1 cup of water and 80 gm of butter in saucepan and bring it to boil.
  2. Once it starts simmering, add 1 cup of sifted flour and 2 tbsp icing sugar and mix rigorously with a wooden spoon on medium heat.
  3. Cook for 3-4minutes till dough shapes into a ball.
  4. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes before adding eggs, lightly whisked, one at time, each time till fully incorporated.
  5. Keep mixing till all eggs are added and it gives a glossy look.
