Chili Chicken Hot Dog by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Hot dog buns 4
  • Grated cheese 1/2 cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Onion sliced 2
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp

For Chili Chicken Topping:

  • Boneless chicken 1 cup
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Flour 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. For chicken topping: Marinate chicken with chili sauce, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, salt and black pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Now sprinkle flour and mix it nicely.
  3. Then heat oil and fry chicken till light golden.
  4. Then cut hot dog buns into long half, toast it with 1 tbsp oil in pan and keep it aside.
  5. Now saute onion in 2 tbsp oil for 2 minutes.
  6. Then spread mustard paste on each buns.
  7. Then mix fried chicken with capsicum and ketchup.
  8. Spread onion slice on top and cover with half bun.
  9. Now cut into half and close with tooth pick.
  10. In end, roll in butter paper and serve hot.
