Ingredients:
Boiled and Mashed Potatoes - 1/2 kg
Salt - 1 tsp
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Roasted and Crushed Cumin - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 to 3 tbsp
Chopped Green Chilies - 2
Ingredients for filling:
Boneless Chicken Breast Cubes - 2
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chicken Tikka Masala - 2 tbsp
Chopped Onions - 4 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Ingredients for coating:
Egg - 1
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
Crushed Vermicelli - 1/2 cup
Method:
Heat oil, add boneless chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste, tikka masala, yogurt and cook till the chicken gets dry and tender.
Now add cheddar cheese and mix well.
then in boiled and mashed potatoes add salt, black pepper, roasted and crushed cumin, lemon juice coriander leaves, chopped green chilies and mix well.
Now take the potato mixture in your hand, put the filling in it and shape them like kababs.
Dip them in egg then bread crumbs and fry till they get crispy.
