Coconut Sweet by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Semolina 1 cup
- Butter or oil 1-1/2 cups
- Milk powder 2 cups
- Desiccated coconut 2 cups
- Sugar 2 cups
Method:
- Roast semolina till it changes its color but do not let it turn dark brown. Set aside.
- Make a syrup using water and sugar, mix all ingredients and semolina and cook on low flame.
- Stir continuously, till all butter or oil used is absorbed in.
- When mixture leaves the sides of pan, remove and spread on a greased surface and cut in squares.
