Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Fenugreek leaves 6 bunches
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Ginger powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Lemons 2
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Ghee or Oil as required
- Wheat flour 1 kg
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Turmeric some
Method:
- Wash fenugreek leaves nicely and soak in water with some turmeric.
- Heat oil in wok, put ginger powder and red chili and roast it lightly.
- Now roast fenugreek nicely, mash potatoes and add it.
- Also put salt, black pepper, green chilies and cumin powder and roast it lightly.
- Then mix lemon juice and remove it.
- Now mix wheat flour and salt and knead it.
- Then make one portion and roll like roti.
- Then spread potatoes and fenugreek leaves.
- Then spread wet flour on edges, keep second roti on top and close edges.
- Then heat tawa, toast like roti, put ghee or oil with spoon and toast it.
- Parathay is ready.
