Ingredients:

For Beef Preparations:

  • Beef (Boneless) 500 gm
  • Onion paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Curry powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Curry:

  • Gram flour 200 gm
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander for garnish

Method:

  1. For meat: Heat oil in pan, add onion paste and garlic paste and fry it.
  2. Then add meat and fry it.
  3. Now add yogurt, curry powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt, mix it and roast it.
  4. When meat tender, remove it.
  5. For curry: Put gram flour, yogurt, tomato paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt in mixing bowl, mix it nicely and make mixture.
  6. Heat oil in pot, put cumin seeds, red chili powder and garlic paste and roast it nicely.
  7. Now add gram flour mixture, mix it and cook it nicely.
  8. Masala is cooked, put water.
  9. When it boils, cook it on low flame for 2-3 minutes
  10. Now add meat, mix it and remove it.
  11. In end, garnish with green coriander and serve.
