Ingredients:
For Beef Preparations:
- Beef (Boneless) 500 gm
- Onion paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Curry powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Curry:
- Gram flour 200 gm
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander for garnish
Method:
- For meat: Heat oil in pan, add onion paste and garlic paste and fry it.
- Then add meat and fry it.
- Now add yogurt, curry powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt, mix it and roast it.
- When meat tender, remove it.
- For curry: Put gram flour, yogurt, tomato paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt in mixing bowl, mix it nicely and make mixture.
- Heat oil in pot, put cumin seeds, red chili powder and garlic paste and roast it nicely.
- Now add gram flour mixture, mix it and cook it nicely.
- Masala is cooked, put water.
- When it boils, cook it on low flame for 2-3 minutes
- Now add meat, mix it and remove it.
- In end, garnish with green coriander and serve.
