Ingredients:

  • Beef brain 2
  • Water 1 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies 2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Put brain and turmeric in 1 cup water and fry for 10 minutes.
  2. Now take out brain from water, cool it and take out gas.
  3. Then heat oil and fry onion until light golden.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt, red chilies, cumin and coriander and fry it nicely.
  5. Then put boiled brain, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Now put yogurt and cook it nicely until beef tender.
  7. Then put green coriander, green chilies, all spice and fenugreek leaves, cover it and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  8. Then serve it.
