Ingredients:
- Beef brain 2
- Water 1 cup
- Onion 2
- Tomatoes 4
- Green chilies 4
- Oil 3/4 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tsp
- Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chilies 2 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
- Put brain and turmeric in 1 cup water and fry for 10 minutes.
- Now take out brain from water, cool it and take out gas.
- Then heat oil and fry onion until light golden.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt, red chilies, cumin and coriander and fry it nicely.
- Then put boiled brain, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now put yogurt and cook it nicely until beef tender.
- Then put green coriander, green chilies, all spice and fenugreek leaves, cover it and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Then serve it.
