Ingredients:

  • Cake rusk 1/2 kg
  • Eggs 4
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Orange skin 1/2 cup
  • Orange juice 1/2 cup
  • Currants 100 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Gelatin powder 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Beat cream nicely.
  2. Also beat eggs in separate bowl.
  3. Now cook sugar and milk and cool it.
  4. Then mix milk, eggs, orange juice, gelatin powder and vanilla essence in mixing bowl.
  5. Then keep cake rusk on tray and put cream on top.
  6. Now put mixed milk.
  7. Then put currants and orange skin and bake for 20 minutes on 200 degrees C.
  8. In end, take it out from oven, keep in fridge for 1 hour and cool it.
  9. Cake rush pudding is ready.
