Cake Rusk Pudding by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Cake rusk 1/2 kg
- Eggs 4
- Cream 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Milk 2 cup
- Orange skin 1/2 cup
- Orange juice 1/2 cup
- Currants 100 gm
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Gelatin powder 1 tbsp
Method:
- Beat cream nicely.
- Also beat eggs in separate bowl.
- Now cook sugar and milk and cool it.
- Then mix milk, eggs, orange juice, gelatin powder and vanilla essence in mixing bowl.
- Then keep cake rusk on tray and put cream on top.
- Now put mixed milk.
- Then put currants and orange skin and bake for 20 minutes on 200 degrees C.
- In end, take it out from oven, keep in fridge for 1 hour and cool it.
- Cake rush pudding is ready.
