Ingredients:

  • Butter 150 gm
  • Eggs 3
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Cashew nut 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Mix butter and sugar and beat it.
  2. Now add eggs, milk, salt, cardamom powder and vanilla essence and beat it lightly.
  3. Then strain flour and baking powder and fold in it.
  4. Now put cashew nut and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  5. Cashew cake is ready.
