Ingredients:
- Butter 150 gm
- Eggs 3
- Sugar 250 gm
- Flour 1-1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Cashew nut 1/2 cup
Method:
- Mix butter and sugar and beat it.
- Now add eggs, milk, salt, cardamom powder and vanilla essence and beat it lightly.
- Then strain flour and baking powder and fold in it.
- Now put cashew nut and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
- Cashew cake is ready.
