Ingredients for dough:

  • Flour - 1/2 kg
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
  • Yeast - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Fajita sauce:

  • Crushed red pepper - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Paprika Powder - 1 tsp
  • Zeera powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp

Ingredients for chicken:

  • Chicken Breast - 1 Piece
  • Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Fajita spring- 1 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Topping:

  • Mozrella cheese - 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Mashroom - 1/2 cup
  • Black olives - 10 to 12

Method:

  1. Knead flour, salt, yeast, sugar, eggs and oil with luke warm water.
  2. Make the dough flat and put it on a greased pan, cover it and leave it to rise in a hot place.
  3. To make sauce, heat oil and cook Garlic.
  4. Now add in tomatoes, oregano, crushed red pepper, sugar, paprika powder and cook till the mixture turns thick.
  5. Spread the sauce on the dough, then put chicken pieces and vegetables.
  6. Now sprinkle cheese on top and bake it on 250c for 7 to 8 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
