Ingredients:
For Samosa Patti:
- All purpose flour 1/2 kg
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Beef mince 300 gm
- Chopped onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For patti: Put flour in mixing bowl.
- Then add ghee, salt and water as required, knead flour for patti and leave it for a while.
- Then roll roti and make patti.
- For filling: Heat oil in pan, put mince and ginger garlic paste and fry it.
- Then add chopped onion.
- When onion is fried, add black pepper, red chili powder, all spice powder and salt and roast it nicely.
- Then take it out, put in mixing bowl and cool it.
- Now put filling in center of patti, spread egg on edges and close like chand (moon).
- Then heat 2-3 tbsp oil in pan and deep fry samosay.
- Serve with salad leaves and chutney.
