Ingredients:
- Boiled chickpeas 300 gm
- Sugar 250 gm
- Green cardamom 1 tsp
- Dry fruits 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1-1/2 cup
Method:
- Wash chickpeas, clean it and soak with soda.
- Then take it out, strain it, boil it and grind it.
- Then heat ghee in pan and crackle cardamom.
- Now add chickpea paste and roast it.
- Make sugar syrup in second pan.
- Now mix chickpeas mixture in syrup and spread on tray.
- Then garnish with dry fruits, cool it, cut into katliyan and serve.
