Zafrani Mewa Doodh by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Milk 1/2 kg
- Khoya 125 gm
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Kewra essence few drops
- Dry fruits 1/2 cup
- Saffron 1 pinch
Method:
- Cook milk and sugar in pan until sugar dissolves.
- Now add khoya and dry fruits and cook until thick.
- Then add kewra essence and saffron, mix it, remove it and cool it.
- When mixture is cool, serve it.
