Ingredients:

  • Milk 1/2 kg
  • Khoya 125 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Dry fruits 1/2 cup
  • Saffron 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Cook milk and sugar in pan until sugar dissolves.
  2. Now add khoya and dry fruits and cook until thick.
  3. Then add kewra essence and saffron, mix it, remove it and cool it.
  4. When mixture is cool, serve it.
